These classes are free to members of the Y. To attend as a non-member, you must sign in with an active member and pay a $10 fee. Contact Caroline in advance of class, and she would be happy to meet you at the front desk!
Postpartum Yoga (bring your baby!)

These classes are designed for the pregnant and postpartum body. They are FREE to members of Family Wellness or $5 for community members through a partnership with Sanford Health! Community members must register through the above links prior to attending class; space is limited to 15 spots per class.
All-Levels Yoga
Fridays 5:30-6:30 PM

Āyurveda Yoga
Saturdays 9:00-10:15 AM
