TAX & FEES: All online purchases will include a 5% sales tax that covers numerous processing fees. If you would like to avoid this additional cost, please contact Caroline to reserve your service & set up a cash or check payment. 

SALES: All appointments are subject to re-schedule and/or refund if necessary. All class sales are considered tickets to a specific event, and are thus transferable to another person upon request. After the event has passed, the ticket is no longer valid and cannot be used for admittance to another class.

REFUNDS: Refunds are available upon reasonable request. Requests must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance of the event so that a reasonable effort can be made to fill that opening. In the event of travel restriction due to weather, refund requests can be made immediately upon discovery of conflict - be sure to include this detail in your message.
